President

As President of City Facilities Management (FL) LLC and City Consulting Services (CCS), Richard Nuttall has passionately led a growing organization and successfully overseen the mobilization of six partnership expansions with some of the nation’s largest Fortune 100 retailers, grocers and convenience stores since 2016.

Richard began his City journey with City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd. in the United Kingdom as Operations Director for International Business Development. Prior, Richard held leadership positions with various vendor-model businesses. He later had the honor of establishing City’s integrated facilities model in the US with their Jacksonville, Florida headquarters and first partner. Over the years, City FL has earned numerous recognitions including an award from Governor Scott in 2017 for job creation opportunities and community support during Hurricane Irma, as well as Southeastern Grocers Partner of the Year in 2019.

Beginning his career as a qualified heating & cooling technician, Richard’s first-hand experience undoubtedly allowed him to develop an understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and service quality for businesses.

Richard calls City his “second home” and loves that the culture and DNA of its people truly align. He believes what City offers in the marketplace is fundamentally different than many service organizations in that it has a unique ability to operate at a large-scale while maintaining its core values of nearly four decades.
