City Facilities Management (US) LLC is honored to have received the Best Company Outlook and Best Operations Team Awards from Comparably in Q1 of 2022.
Comparably award winners were determined from over 15 million ratings left on Comparably over a 12-month period (March 2021 – March 2022). City US was ranked in the top 50 and compared against 70,000 other qualified large-sized companies for both awards.
The Best Company Outlook Award recognizes companies whose team members have a positive outlook on the company’s future. Results were derived from the sentiments provided by current team members who identified how confident they feel about the future success of their company, how likely they are to recommend working here to a friend and how excited they are to go to work.
After receiving the Best Company Outlook Award, CEO of City US, Paul Smith, said, “I am immensely grateful to hear that City has been recognized for our outlook as an organization. Sustainable growth between City and our partners through delivering market-leading customer experience and long-term service excellence is always at the forefront of our thoughts here at City. We’ve been quickly growing with our partners, in both size and development of our teams since we set roots in the US six years ago. I’m honored that our team members are as optimistic about their employment prospects and in the future of City as I am.”

City also received the Best Operations Team Award as part of the Best Departments category. This award specifically measured the feedback from our team members in the Operations department who rated their workplace experiences in 16 different metrics (compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks & benefits, etc.).
President of City FL, Richard Nuttall, shared, “It’s a privilege to receive the Best Operations Team Award. The Operations Teams have worked around the clock to keep our communities open and our team members safe during the past few years. I’m truly amazed by their commitment to our purpose. As we come back together following a period of remote working, I look forward to celebrating this success with the team.”

In Q4 of 2021, City won its first Comparably award: Best Company for Women, due to the high-scoring feedback from solely the women at City. Despite the barriers faced as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, City has worked hard to create a thriving and successful workplace and culture for its team — regardless of location. We are excited and honored to have received these awards from Comparably and thank our team members for taking the time to recognize City as a great place to work.
